Essay--- "Liberty Or Death In 2009"

* The Following is My take on current issues, isnpired by, and borrowing from the Famous Speech made by Former Virginia Governor and Founding Father Patrick Henry. I sincerly Hope that He would Approve...of this Speech at least! *

LIBERTY OR DEATH 2009

AMERICAN CITIZEN: No One thinks less highly than I do of the "Patriotism" as well as the "Abilities" of These very "Worthy Gentleman" Who regularly speak in the People's House. Different People often see the same Subjects in vastly different Lights; and therefore, I hope It will not be thought too Respectful to These "Gentlemen" if entertaining as I do, Opinions of a Higher Character and very opposite to Theirs, that I shall speak forth My Sentiments freely without reserve.

This is no time for Ceremony. The Question before the House and the Nation is one of awful Moment to this Country. For My own Part, I consider It nothing less than a Question of Freedom or Slavery. And in Proposition to the magnitude of this Subject ought to be the Freedom of Debate. It is only in this way that We can hope to arrive at Truth, and fulfill the great Responsibility which We hold to God and Our Country. Should I keep back My Opinions at such a Time, for Fear of being "Politically Incorrect" or giving Offense, I should consider Myself as guilty of Treason and an act of Disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly Kings.

AMERICAN CITIZEN, It is natural to Humanity to indulge in the illusion of Hope and Change. We are apt to shut Our Eyes against a painful Truth- and to listen to the hip Song of that Man-Childe until He transforms Us all into Beasts of Burden. Is this the part of wise American Men and Women, engaged in a continuing struggle for Individual Liberty? Are We disposed to be of the number of Those Who, by having Eyes, see not, having Ears, hear not, These Things and recent Events of Government which so nearly concern Their Liberty and National Salvation? For My part, whatever anguish of Spirit and personal Slander against Me It may cost, I am willing to know the whole Truth; to know the worst of It all that is coming, and to provide for It.

I have but one Lamp by which My Feet are guided, and that is the Lamp of History. I have no way of judging of the Future but by the Past, I wish to know what There has been in the Conduct of the Current Liberal Democratic Administration of Our Government for the last Six Months to two Years to justify these Hopes with which many in the Press, the Weak-Kneed Pundits, and elsewhere, have been pleased in which to solace Themselves and the Nation. Is It all to be found in that insidious, self-important smirk that Our Federal Leaders lately show when Our calls, Petitions and Letters of Protest are heard by Them or received? Trust them not Sir, Their smoothness and arrogance of Manner would put a Snare upon Your Feet. Suffer Yourselves not to be betrayed with the promise of Free Money, Free Health Care, Free Housing, Sweet Words, or a Kiss. Ask Yourselves how this "gracious" reception of Our Complaints, Calls, Pleas for Time to contemplate all these Changes, Emails and concerned honest Questions to Them all in earnest comports with those fanatical, almost "warlike" Preparations which cover Our Airwaves, Newspapers, Movie Houses, State Houses, and darken Our Land? Are fleets of Progressive activist Lawyers, Judges, Czars, Political Operatives, and Armies of red-shirted Groundworkers necessary to a work of Love for Tradition and Reconciliation with the Principles of Personal Liberty?

Have we shown Ourselves so in need to be "Re-programmed" to be changed from the Path that blessed Us with Our Past Glories, that the Force of new Law and Media Propaganda must now be used to win or force Our Love?

Let us not deceive Ourselves Sir. These are all the Implements of War and Subjugation; the last Arguments with which Foreign Communist "Kings" and "Banana Republic" Tyrants resort.

I ask You American, what is the meaning of this vast motivated array? If not to force Us all to surrender into the Submission of Our Nationalist Identity and Culture, to re-program every last Free American to the "correct" viewpoints of the "Global Community" to submit Our lives to the global Will of "Social Justice?"

Can We assign any other possible motive for It? Has the Executive Office, The Congress, The Political Parties, or the Media, any Enemy in Us, the ordinary Patriotic, Freedom-loving, and prosperous Middle-Class American, to warrant such an accumulation of Power, our Wealth, and the collusion of all Their Resources against Us?

No, They have no such Enemy in the ordinary American.

This movement of Presidential Propaganda, Law, and the Manipulation is meant for Us They can be meant for no Other People. Their Purpose is to bind and rivet the chains upon Us that these "Progressives" have been forging in Their collective "Pretend" Manifestos for Decades.

And what have We to oppose Them? Shall We try Argument with our Neighbors? Complaining? Sir, we have been trying to make These Treasonist "Progressive" Elitists see the sound Wisdom of Our Founders for Years.

Have We anything new to offer Them on the Subject that might suddenly turn Them all from Their enduring hatred of Us and of Our shared Heritage? No! We have held this Subject up to the Light at every Opportunity in which We were capable, but It has all been in Vain.

Shall We resort to humble Supplication to Their Will? What terms or pathways shall We try to reach Them with that have not already been exhausted, especially If They wish for Us Tyranny and do not WANT to be reached?

Let Us not, I beseech You fellow American, deceive Ourselves any longer. Sir, We have done Everything which could be done to avert the Storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned, We have sent Emails, We have staged Protests and overloaded Our "Leaders" with Our angry dissatisfied Cries and Phone Calls. We have supplicated, We have tried to be polite and even on shameful occasion, prostrated Ourselves before Obama's Throne and implored Him to arrest the utter Tyranny of His Administration and the idiot Congress. Our Protests and Petitions have been slighted, the expression of Our legitimate Concerns and Opinions have produced violent inhuman Insults and Slanders, Our attempts and friendliness of Compromise with Them disregarded, and have been spurned with elitist Contempt from the Foot of His Throne. In vain. after These Things may We Indulge in the fond silly Hope of finding Common Ground with Our Opponents and an end to National Divisiveness.


There Is No LONGER Room For That Kind Of Hope!!

If We wish to remain Free, If We mean to preserve those Rights for which We have for so long been faithfully contending, if We mean to not basely abandon the Struggle to keep Our Liberty with which We have so long tried to engage Others, THEN WE MUST FIGHT!

An appeal to the Arms of Hostile Reason, a Resistance to Their Message in every Place, and a cry unto Heaven are all the options that are left Us!!

They tell us Sir in so many ways that We are Weak, that We are Stupid, unable to cope with so highly "Evolved" and "Enlightened" an Adversary. But WHEN shall We be stronger? Will It be next Week or next Year?? Will it be when We are totally disarmed and when an Obama Party brain-dead "Storm-Trooper" shall be stationed in every American Home? Shall we gather Strength by Irresolution or Inaction? Shall We acquire the means of effectual Resistance by lying helplessly on Our backs and desperately clinging to the cold lifeless false Image of the Phantom of Hope and Change, and until Our Treasonist hateful Enemies within Our Country have bound Us all who disagree by Hand, Foot, and Mouth?

Sir, We are NOT weak, if We make proper use of Those Means by which the God of Nature hath placed in Our Power. More than half of 300 Million People, armed, educated, and angry with the fire of the Cause of Liberty, and in such as a Land that We possess are Invincible by any measure of Force, Congressmen, or Community Organizers that our Treasonits Enemies may send against Us!!

Besides, We shall not fight this Battle Alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of Nations and Who will raise up Compatriots of Freedom-loving Persons from here and all over the World to fight this Battle with Us. This Battle is not to the Strong Alone; it is to the Vigilant; the Active, the Brave. Besides sir if we sit back and do nothing now, We will have no Election, no more the option to resist by way of the Ballot Box, if We are, in the end, base enough to desire It.

It is indeed now too late to retreat from the Contest for Our Nation's very Soul and Being. There IS NO RETREAT but to that of Submission and Class Slavery! Our Chains are forged, They can be heard all the way from the Houses of Government, in California, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Washington DC. Conflict, "Total War" with these Ideologies of Marxism and Treason is inevitable and so let It come, I repeat, LET IT COME!!

It is Vain to procrastinate Our Courage on the matter, or to see These Persons who put a Foreign Marxist Ideology above that of Their Own National Heritage of Freedom as Our Fellow Americans any Longer. These Persons are NOT OUR COUNTRYMEN, They are not Our Brothers or Sisters, they are Our Vile Enemies and should be defended against and hated with the same never-ending Zeal as any Others, Adversaries, Foreign or Domestic.

Others will loudly cry "Peace Peace Peace with Them at all costs!!" But, there is no Peace!! The "War" has already begun! The next Gale that sweeps from the Northeast, or polluted Tide of the Potomac, or Breeze from the Left Coast will bring to Our Eyes and Ears the unbelievable clash of resounding Arms against Us!! Our TRUE Countrymen and Women are already in the Field! Why stand We here Idle? What is that You Fence-sitting Americans wish? What more would You have need of for Advice, Motivation, or a Wake-Up Call?

Is Life so dear, or Peace so sweet as to be purchased by the chains of Perpetual Debt, Classism, Racism, the Denial of Our Historical Birthrights and of Eternal Ideological Slavery?

Forbid It Almighty God, I know not what Course Others may take, but as for Me Let Me KEEP My Liberty, Or Give Me Death!!!!

Essay-- "What Is Individualism?"

It all comes down to One.

What? I just thought I'd Answer the first Questions that no Doubt must be stumbling through Your Head as You've tripped into My Blog, even BEFORE You've actually asked Them aloud. Curiously enough, They all have that same Answer.....It all goes back to One. Very easy to take care of, all in one go, simple and Convenient.

And just what ARE those Questions?

Why "Individualist?" Why "Individualism?' What does it mean to have a Blog called the "Daily Individualist?'" Why now...and what does Individualism even mean?

Again, glad You telepathically asked...and again, it all goes back to One.

And WHAT does that whole One thing mean?

Why, um....YOU....of course.

Oh, and Me....and Your Friends...and...uhh.....MY Friends...and Everyone else...in Point of Fact.

Sounds like more than One doesn't It? Sure, of course it would. When One looks at it that way this previous Statement would seem like a Contradiction, but I can assure You it is not.

You only need look at a little Phrase printed on Our Money to know what I am talking About....and NO not the more "famous" One that some Idiots are trying to expel...not that One, at least, not for Now.

No, I'm referring to the One in rleation to the Great Seal, You know, "Et Pluribus Unum"

Or, in the rough Latin, "Out of Many....One."

Some People would interpret this to mean basically.... "You take the smaller lesser significant Pieces, People, States, Colonies, Squirrels, or whatever, and then combine Their little, insignificant Existences into one giant Superpower of a Big Kahuna Squirrel Nut Tree Commune of unstoppable Will, Power, and Prestige."

Nope, that is not what It means at All. At least, not from My Point of View. In fact, one could just as easily reverse the Motto to say, "Et Unum Pluribus" or "From One, Many"

A simple Question to You before We continue....Ever bake Anything?

(Fully...not as in "Half -Baked" or anything like that!)

Okay, let Us Amend that to say, Ever bake Anything WELL?? Cookies, Cake, a Pie?

Fine. Everyone knows for this Process You need a variety of various Ingredients and Additives for special Flavour and whatnot.

Well, if You are out to create Your own special Recipe for Cookies, a Cake, a Brown Betty, or a Cobbler, etc the Idea is to add Your Ingredients so They're still in there and One can still taste them, no matter what happens during the baking Process, right?

Does the Sugar completely disappear once It is baked into the Cake? How about the Cinnamon, or the Vanilla, or the Nutmeg? Can One still taste these INDIVIDUAL Flavours inside the Cake?

Of course You can! That's the Goal of adding These Extra Ingredients in the first place.

Well then, let Us make it clear that We are All each singularly Individual Pieces in this "American Pie" of sorts...We have each Our own unique "flavours" Thoughts, Ideas, Consciousness, and most importantly of all these Things, Our own unique INTERESTS

These do not simply dissolve into Nothing once We examine how We are part of the Whole...You are still You, separate, yet also apart of the Whole at the same Time.

Weird? No, not really.

You see, the American Republic that You live in right now (Hopefully if You are dead and can actually read whilst in invisible spectral Form, You've got more important things to do) was DESIGNED to function in just such a way. It was formed so that EVERY Man and Woman could live as an Individual Being to pursue Their own Vision of Their Lives, and that Children could live in Freedom and Safety enough to Dream up a Vision of Their own that They could Pursue one Day.

A Dream and a Life unique to every American Human Being....A State was created to serve and protect this very Purpose. We as Individual Human Beings were not created, nor do We exist for serving the Dreams of the Government.

Individualism is the very Essence of Self-Interest. Individualism is the beating Heart of American Culture. Individualism is the sole Singularity of Our National Psyche. In America, "Selfishness" is NOT a dirty Word or a Sin, but Sacrosanct...an Article of the Secular American "Faith."

An Individualist rejects the often repeated maxim, "It takes a Village to raise a Childe." And instead believes "It takes a Childe to raise Himself" or, that is to say, It takes a Childe especially with extreme Curiosity and an insatiable Hunger for Knowledge to seek It out for Their own Benefit, to learn because They Alone want to know All They can about Everything. It is the Responsibility of the Childe to be as the growing hungry Lion in the Savanna, to hunt down Knowledge and Truth for Themselves, and to never accept exclusively the" Insta-Diet" of Knowledge Provided by Others.

If an Individualist does not know the meaning of a Word, or the Ideology of a certain Faith or a Political Movement etc, He seeks out the Sourcebook of that Movement or Idea and reads all He can about It Himself for Himself. An Individualist believes Wisdom and Intellect are not Gifts of Birth or from the Divine alone, but are earned by the Sweat of one's brow...in the Work of deep Study and Contemplation.

Individualism believes a Man or Woman's Income and Home is Theirs (not the Government's) A Man (or Woman's) Land is Theirs (not the Government's) A Person's Beliefs are Their own (Not the World's) and that Their Destiny is of Their own choosing (not the World's or The Government's.)

An Individualist is not One to be swept up by Causes or the emotional Rhetoric of popular Sentiments. An Individualist makes up His own Mind about Global Warming. An Individualist drives an SUV, another type of Vehicle, or rides public Transportation for the ONLY Reason that THEY ALONE chose to do so. An Individualist does not do Things for the "Goode of the Community" nor care about "World Opinion." An individualist's primary focus is on Their own Life and Beliefs...Their learned Viewpoint is ultimately the One that counts for Them, not Someone Else's. For the Individualist, Saving the Planet or "Social Justice" either are completely irrelevant or will never be quite as Important as maintaining the maximum level of Their own personal Liberty and Freedom. It is because of the Strength of Will of the Individual that Government exists, not the Strength of Government giving rise to the Individual.

For every Society is merely a grouping of Humans, and at Its most elemental unit of Measure is just a single Human Being. Whether a President, a Homeless Man, Pastor, Atheist, Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western, or Native American in the end, We are all just one single Individual Human Being...with an Individual consciousness separate and yet in tandem with all Others. Regardless of Titles, Status, or Celebrity, at the core of the matter, We are all each just one unique Human being, and one unique Goal, self-contained in that sense unto Ourselves, as intended by Divinity, or by the inherent Nature of Our allegedly unplanned dispassionate, inert Universe. Regardless what one believes on the former This Fact of Our own Human Existence remains Self-Evident. NO ONE, not another Person, nor a "Clique' " Oligarchy, or a Society at Large, has the right to completely take away Your Individual Rights inherently granted unto You to live Your own Life Independent of the Will of Anyone else, and to Pursue Your own Happiness.

An Individualist believes that the Human Species is not one akin to other living social Creatures such Ants and Bees, but is rather like the Lion or even more accurately the Wolf. Wolves may choose to live either in Packs or as Solitary Hunters roaming in Individual ranges, whichever living arrangement best suits Their own best Interest at that Time, but always It is the Instinct, it is always apart of the Wolf's DNA to be able to Hunt, Live and Survive for Itself alone if need be. It is not in It to ever be Hesitant to try and Survive for Its own sake...nor should We. An Individualist believes Humans are not, nor have We ever truly been "cogs" in a Machine.

It is now commonly Agreed upon, whether by revered Religious Leaders or respected Scientists, that all of Humanity began with a single Human Individual. I would amend that further to say It also Ends with a single Human Being too.

Like I said, It all come back to to One....YOU.

In the final analysis, only You know what's truly best for Yourself. In the end, only You can defend Your own Rights. Only YOU can decide whether You're going to seek Knowledge for Yourself and limit the influences of Government and "Groupthink" on Your Life, or go with the strong flowing Current of the current Age. Do You have what It takes to think for Yourself, do You have the inner Strength and Resolve to commit to live for Your own Self-Interest on a daily Basis, no matter the crushing pressures of Popular Sentiment and Society? Do You have It in You to exist as Humans were truly meant to do so, as a Daily Individualist?

I hope for Your own Sake and for the Sake of Human Freedom that You Do.

Essays--- "The Real Reason For Opposition To Gay Marriage" July 8, 2009

I thought It best early On In the first Stages of My Blog here to tackle what Some would no Doubt consider one of the most important Issues of Our Time..."Gay Marriage."

While Many in the Liberal Pro-Gay Treasonist circles of the Media would like to label All of Those Opposed to Gay Marriage at any Level for any Reason as completely universally Intolerant Anti-Homosexual Bigot Nazis on Speed, the Issue is actually quite a bit more complicated than That.

The greatest Irony of all here, is that these "Progressive" Critics are Often as ANTI-RELIGIOUSLY Bigoted as They would accuse the Idealistic/Religious Opposition of being bigoted in turn toward Homosexuals.

Let us revisit the First Amendment of The Constitution for a moment shall We?

"Congress shall make no Law respecting an establishment of Religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the Freedom of Speech...."

Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of Religion, guaranteed to all Citizens of the American Republic, spelled out all in one single Amendment, and in plain English that even a neophyte Mongoloid could understand.

Now then, what is My Point here?

Simply thus....while Many are Opposed to "Gay Marriage" on Religious grounds (The classic Leviticus 18:22 Argument)...the Issue for many more actually rests on the Idea of Individual Rights....even for the Opposition camp. You See, many, like Myself included do not really care whether or not Homosexuals want to legally be "joined" and recognized by the secular State. If Gay Male A suddenly passes on and wished to have his Employee pension benefits posthumously awarded to his Life Partner B who had been with him faithfully for more than 20 Years, I certainly am not arguing that he should be denied that opportunity, nor would many Others on ALL Sides of the Issue in Question.

No, why I Personally am Hesitant to support, or perhaps even outright opposed to Gay Marriage, even on the "Legality" side of things is because of what I and Others believe to be the duplicitous and "double-standard nature" on which the Idea is sold to the American Public.

Based on previous experience with "experiments" made by "Progressive" Legal minds, such as Hate Crimes Legislation for instance, what happens when Gay Marriage becomes the Universal Federal standard throughout the Nation, or at least the vast Majority of the States?

Will religious Denominations who are Opposed to Gay Marriage be Legally "coerced" or sued into marrying Homosexual Couples? How about into changing Their sacred Texts? Will They be threatened with losing Their "Tax-Exempt Status" if they refuse to go along with the Tide of "Hip" Public Opinion?

Will Reverends, Rabbis, Imans, Priests, Pastors or other Religious Leaders Who are outspoken in preaching the Doctrines of their Respective Faiths be subject to Fines or Arrest on the grounds of new "Federal/State Hate Crimes Legislation" and "Hate Speech Violations?"

It has certainly happened in Other Western Democracies (See Germany with its "Anti-Holocaust Speech Laws" or France with Brigitte Bardot and Her Anti-Islamic statements last Summer. Even Canada has Its "Hate Crimes Speech Review Boards" in force.)

I believe the REAL reason for the most Extreme of Gay Marriage Supporters and Activists (which is probably the Majority of Them) to Push such Laws through is truly NOT for Equal Rights at all....Rather to FORCE and INTIMIDATE Public Opinion through the threat of Legal Reprisal and "Hate Speech Laws" to CONFORM to Their view and Their view only...oh, and to strike a grand Hammerblow against all forms of Non-Atheistic Belief in this Country.

That is why these "Activists" are so dead-set against only having "Civil Unions." They MUST "Re-Educate" Us with the Aide of Celebrities and the Courts, and We the Majority must Surrender Our backward Belief Systems to Theirs...Or Else!

In the End, it matters not whether You believe in "complete" Gay Marriage Rights or not, or even Favor some sort of Compromise (Such as I do, ironically enough) the most important and pressing Question is....How is ANY of this Gay Rights Agenda Push in keeping with the sound Traditions of American Law?

It is curious that Gay Rights Supporters frequently cite the Fourteenth Amendment as Source for their Right to be legally Married wherever they choose....

See what It says for Yourself:

"All Persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the Jurisdiction thereof, are Citizens of the United States and of the State wherein They reside. No State shall make or enforce Any Law which shall abridge the Privileges and Immunities of Citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of Life, Liberty, or Property without the due Process of Law; nor deny to Any Person within Its Jurisdiction the Equal Protection of the Laws."

Observe again the last Portion: "nor deny to Any Person within Its Jurisdiction the Equal Protection of the Laws."

Indeed.... so by that rationale Homosexual Couples by the Activist Logic should be Constitutionally allowed to get married....Okay, let Us not debate that point for now, Let's say for the sake of Brevity that's clear enough by the Amendment.

But if that same cumbersome "Equal Protection under the Laws" thing applies to Homosexual Marriages would it not also "equally apply" to the Rights of Anti-Gay Marriage Opponents to DISAGREE with the Gay Lifestyle?

How is the Passage of "Hate Crimes Legislation" or "Hate Speech Laws" which would single out Crimes committed against "Minorities" (Homosexuals in particular) and "Hate Speech" spoken (again, against Homosexuals) for "Extra" Fines and "added" punishment under the Law, HOW IS THIS "Equal Protection?"

Why is One Person's Murder or Harassment under the Law any MORE ignominious than Anyone Else's?


How is that even Legal?

How is Their ultimate Goal to pass all these first long-denied Rights of Marriage and, then, grant a new Protected "Special Status" to Homosexuals via Hate Speech/Crime Laws NOT a Violation of the First Amendment (Freedom of a Religion to Oppose Homosexuals is their Opinions and Scriptures without Government Persecution...Read: FINES) AS WELL AS also a Violation of that same Fourteenth Amendment (The Murder of a Neo-Nazi Racist Bigot White Redneck Homophobe with a Third Grade Reading Level from Vidor, TX is to be punished the same as a Flaming Queen Male Ballet Dancer Transvestite New Yorker with full-Blown AIDS.)


In closing, It is quite curious that these Homosexual Rights Activists will argue for the absolute Letter of Constitutional Law when They seek the Right to Marry, Yet it is quite Clear that in the end this "passage of Right" is only a "Gateway" to further "Hate Speech/Crimes Laws" and Agendas that will, ultimately make it a CRIME to oppose Them in any Degree, shape, Form or Fashion, and will curtail all Personal Liberties...because if this can be done for ONE "Special Group" it will be done so for ALL others.

(Except All Non-Liberals Of course!)

THIS is why I Oppose Gay Marriage. The American Republic was created so that there would be NO "Privileged" or "Specially-Protected" classes under the Law. (Even IF they look FABULOUS in Capri Pants and blonde Highlights.)

Let Gays and all Other "Oppressed Minorities" who suffer Slight, Murder, and Theft, suffer through the same Incompetent, Tedious, and often all-too-often error ridden Justice System, they can get Screwed over by Lawyers and Legalise the same as Everyone else....so long as I get to keep my Individual Liberty.

Justice is Not Social....Only Individual.
